- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Cotton Candy Flavoring Extract
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2-3 drops Pink Food Coloring
- 2-3 drops Blue Food Coloring
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375℉ and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until soft and fluffy, then stir in the egg and extracts.
- Add all of the dry ingredients and stir until it forms a dough.
- Divide the dough into 2 bowls and add a few drops of blue food coloring to one bowl of dough and a few drops of pink to the other and stir both doughs with their own spoons to make two different colored doughs.
- Carefully fill half of your cookie scoop with one colored dough and fill the other half with the other color, and then place on your baking sheet 2-3 inches apart, there should not be more than 6 cookie dough balls on a tray as they do expand quite a bit. Continue making cookie dough balls like this until you run out of dough.
- Bake for about 12 minutes and allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
