Description
This Fruit Salsa with Fresh Whipped Cream is a light, cool and refreshing dessert. It's perfect all on its own, or you can use it as a topping on pound cake, cheesecake, or any number of other desserts.

Fruit Salsa:
- 1 peach, peeled
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled
- 1 Pink Lady apple (or any other sweet apple), peeled
- 5 strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 sugar
For the Fresh Whipped Cream
- 3/4 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- For the Fruit Salsa, finely dice all of the fruit and mix together in a medium mixing bowl. Sprinkle the sugar over the top and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- For the Fresh Whipped Cream, use the whisk attachment on your stand mixer or an immersion blender. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Top the fruit with the whipped cream and enjoy, or use as a topping on cake, cheesecakes, or a cream pie.
