This Fruit Salsa with Fresh Whipped Cream is a light, cool and refreshing dessert – perfect for summerime BBQ’s or relaxing by the pool.
- 1 peach, peeled
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled
- 1 Pink Lady apple (or any other sweet apple), peeled
- 5 strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia and Sugar Blend
For the Fresh Whipped Cream
For the Fruit Salsa, finely dice all of the fruit and mix together in a medium mixing bowl. Sprinkle the SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia and Sugar Blend over the top and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
For the Fresh Whipped Cream, use the whisk attachment on your stand mixer or an immersion blender. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
Top the fruit with the whipped cream and enjoy or use as a topping on cake, cheesecakes, or a cream pie.
