This post is gonna be short and sweet... no pun intended! So, a few weeks ago I had a second request for a Lollipops & Ice Cream Cake... but she wanted this one to be really bright and bold!
So I changed up the colors and tried to make them as bold and bright as I could by using lots of Americolor Electric gel colors in my marshmallow fondant.
And for a little extra pizazz, I added some really bold sprinkles (Betty Crocker Polka Dot Nonpareils) to the "ice cream"...
There was only one other thing that I changed that jumps out at me... I used slightly larger letters.
Specifically, I used these 1.5″ white plastic letter cutters to do the name on this cake!
