Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Frosting Topped with Ganache & Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
I’m so in love with this cake. Chocolate cake (my favorite!) with vanilla buttercream filling and frosting.
Then I added ganache all over the top and dripping down the sides. So, so good.
Topped with strawberries dipped in semi-sweet chocolate. I faint. I told you those are another of my favorite things.
Anyway, I just had to share. This was a gift from one adult sister to another.
I love surprise gifts like this… an unexpected cake. So sweet. In more ways than one.

Yummm! This is, by far, my favorite combination. So many people prefer the opposite, or even chocolate on chocolate, but few people understand how good this can be. And the chocolate covered strawberries? They just put this over the top! Thanks for sharing it!
My most favorite of all is cream cheese frosting on chocolate cake… but this is a very close second!! Thanks for visiting 🙂
