Ya'll should've seen this Candy Corn Snack Mix coming after I raved about the White Chocolate Candy Corn M&M's on Facebook!
I've been planning to make it every day since I posted that picture ... but you know, life with 6 kids and homeschooling and cake orders sometimes get in the way of my snack mix plans!
But today, one of my sick kids (5 of the 6 have had strep throat in the past 6 days) asked for a snack and I decided that right that minute I was going to throw this together!
And ya know what? I don't know why I waited! It took less than 20 minutes from start to finish to make this and divvy it up to my kids!
To make Candy Corn Snack Mix, at the very least, you'll need some popcorn (I like the really buttery microwave variety), Candy Corn M&Ms, candy corn and white chocolate melts. I added peanuts for some extra texture and saltiness, but I'd have also really liked pretzels in it if I'd had any in the pantry!
Have you ever made this before? If not, you can visit my Easter Bunny Snack Mix recipe to see step-by-step picture instructions of how to make a snack mix like this, and I'll include a printable recipe below to make the mix just as I have it here!
Did I miss anything? If you have questions about how to make this snack mix, please leave them in the comments!!
