and bake! Heehee!!
They already look like perfect football food, right? Okay… let me show you how to add more FUN to these delicious appetizers!
Grab some bamboo skewers (I found them on the aisle with paper supplies) and start by sliding one potato skin on lengthwise… then follow with a second one.
Repeat until all of your potato skins are done… now you have Baked Potato Skins Kabobs!! To get ready for the next step, spread them out on a platter:
If you have a squeeze bottle, pour your ranch dressing into it and it’ll make this next step so easy. If not, you can just pour the ranch or drizzle it! But I did have a bottle, so I filled it with the homemade ranch…
Then I squirted it all over the kabobs:
Ones they’re all covered in Ranch Dressing… sprinkle on more cheese and bacon. Why? Because cheese. And Bacon. You simply can’t have too much of either! 🙂 Oh, and add a few chopped chives or alittle fresh parsley if you’d like too!
And then you’re done:
Cook up some Farm Rich Boneless BBQ Chicken Bites and you’ve got a perfect plate of appetizers for the Big Football Game!!
