If you're looking for fun, unique party food for the Big Game Day, you're going to love these Baked Potato Skins Kabobs with Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing.

Everything is more fun when you put it on a stick, right? That was the idea behind this tutorial - using a go-to party food - Farm Rich Loaded Potato Skins - and making it even more fun for the upcoming Big Game!
So here's what you'll need to make these Baked Potato Skins Kabobs with Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing:

- Farm Rich Loaded Potato Skins
- Bamboo Skewers (pictured below in the tutorial)
- 1 cup Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- Fresh chopped chives and/or parsley (for garnish, optional)
You can get all of this plus the other things you'll need at your local Walmart. The Farm Rich products are easy to find in the frozen foods department:

So first up, you're going to need to cook the Loaded Potato Skins according to the package directions! You can read the box for specifics but basically, you just spread them out on a cookie sheet...

and bake! Heehee!!

They already look like perfect football food, right? Okay... let me show you how to add more FUN to these delicious appetizers!
Grab some bamboo skewers (I found them on the aisle with paper supplies) and start by sliding one potato skin on lengthwise... then follow with a second one.

Repeat until all of your potato skins are done... now you have Baked Potato Skins Kabobs!! To get ready for the next step, spread them out on a platter:

If you have a squeeze bottle, pour your ranch dressing into it and it'll make this next step so easy. If not, you can just pour the ranch or drizzle it! But I did have a bottle, so I filled it with the homemade ranch...

Then I squirted it all over the kabobs:

Once they're all covered in Ranch Dressing... sprinkle on more cheese and bacon. Why? Because cheese. And Bacon. You simply can't have too much of either! 🙂 Oh, and add a few chopped chives or alittle fresh parsley if you'd like too!

And then you're done:

Cook up some Farm Rich Boneless BBQ Chicken Bites and you've got a perfect plate of appetizers for the Big Football Game!!
