Ice Cream Party: Cupcakes, Cake Pops & Nutter Butter Ice Cream Cone Cookie Treats

So… last night was thinking that I needed some pink on the blog and what better way to get all girly and pink than this Ice Cream Party? It’s loaded with all kinds of sweetness… Cupcakes, Cake Pops & Nutter Butter Ice Cream Cone Cookie Treats!

Not that there’s anything wrong with the boy cakes… I’ve loved sharing the Fire Truck cake and the Flatbed Truck cake and even the Batman cake.

But really… I need pink in my life on a fairly regular basis to keep me happy! 🙂

So I shared a picture from this party spread on Facebook quite a while back and everybody loved it! I’ve already posted about how I did the Ice Cream Cone Cake Pops and the Nutter Butter Ice Cream Cone Cookie Treats!

Today I’m bringing it all together!

First up are the Ice Cream Cone Cake Pops! You can read the details of these here.

I made quite a variety of these little cutie-pies… pink and white “ice cream”… some with chocolate syrup, some without. Actually it was all just Wilton candy melts… but it sure does look like ice cream and chocolate syrup, huh?

I used tiny rainbow nonpariels for the sprinkles and different shades of pink Valentine M&M’sfor the “cherries” on top!

I also made a handful of these little mini cones upside down, like melting ice cream, but they were just for me… they weren’t part of the order! I’ve made full size ones for cake toppers on this cake and this one.

Next up are the Nutter Butter Ice Cream Cone Cookie Treats…. now just between you and me. I could eat these by the dozen! I don’t like Peanut Butter, but I absolute love Nutter Butters and when dipped in white chocolate… they’re totally addictive!

Don’t say I didn’t warn ya! Here’s the post on how to make them!

And lastly… these precious little Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes. I haven’t posted a tutorial on how to make them, but you can find some great instructions over at June Pfaff Daley.

They were really easy to put together – the only hard thing was cutting up the vanilla wafers without breaking them (although my kids loved eating the “scraps”).

I should mention that my wonderful husband made the custom stand for the ice cream cone cake pops and I used my stand from The Smart Baker to display the cupcakes in my photos.

Do you have any questions about this party… the cupcakes, cookies or cake pops? Leave me a comment and I’ll do my best to answer & help out!!

  1. Could you make me the nutter butter ice cream cone cookies? I would like 4 dozen. I would need them for June 13th.
    Thank you so much!
