Easy White Chocolate Fudge

I’ll be honest and tell you that I don’t make a lot of fudge. I much prefer cakes, pies and cookies! But every now and then, I love to enjoy a rich, delicious piece of fudge.

One of my all time favorite recipes is this Pralines & Cream Fudge. It is amazing! Today’s fudge recipe is a little less indulgent, but oh-so-much fun!

White chocolate fudge snowflakes with blue, white, and silver sprinkles

Ingredients

You only need TWO ingredients – plus sprinkles to decorate! Oh and you’ll need a fun silicone mold if you want these snowflake shapes. Or you can make it in a pan and use a snowflake cookie cutter!

Sweetened condensed milk in a measuring cup, bowl of white chocolate wafer, and a small bowl of blue, white, and silver sprinkles

Tip: If you don’t have the molds or can’t get them quickly – just make the fudge in a small pan and use cookie cutters to cut out the snowflakes. Sure, you’ll have scraps but they’ll be delicious all the same!

How to Make White Chocolate Fudge Snowflakes

Place half of the candy sprinkles in the cavities of a silicone snowflakes candy mold (or ice cube tray). Set aside.

bowl of melted white chocolate with spoon.

Place the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 20 seconds. Stir well and reheat in 10-second intervals (stirring between) until completely melted.

Stir the sweetened condensed milk into the melted candy melts. I use 4 tablespoons, but if you like a firmer fudge, start with only 2 tablespoons and add more until you like the texture.

Bowl of White Chocolate and Sweetened condensed milk mixed together

Spoon the candy melt mixture into the silicone tray. The longer it sits, the firmer it’ll be. You may have to use your fingers to press it into the molds. Add more sprinkles on top of the fudge before it completely sets.

  1. Can I use white chocolate wafers instead?? I can’t seem to find melting waters anywhere lately and I’ve got a ton of white chocolate.
