Friends... my FAVORITE Cookie Sheets are on SALE!! In this short & sweet post, I'm going to share a sneak-peak with you and share a great deal.
So first... sneak peak. Ya'll may or may not have been following along to know that we are remodeling our kitchen. I haven't shared a full reveal yet, because I'm a terrible blogger I'm eternally behind on all the things and life is just... life. You know.
But today - to illustrate how much I love my cookie sheets (see all the ones I own here), I'm sharing the special space I had made just for them in my new kitchen!! This glorious cabinet is above my refrigerator and has all the room for all of my various cookie sheets and their lids and enough extra space to even store my cutting boards.
I love this space so, so much and it's one thing I'm 110% sure I got right in this re-design. I have a couple of regrets where I realized I didn't design this or that just right (hello - I didn't plan a place to store spices... ugh!), but this cookie sheet cabinet is not something I regret.
I actually wonder how I've lived without it for my whole life. Ha!
So here it is... my awesome cookie-sheet cabinet :
Ya'll. I cannot tell you how much I love this cabinet. I actually love my entire kitchen and can't wait to show it to you!! You can see where it ends up being in this post (above the fridge).
Anyway, last year I shared with you how I believe Nordic sheet pans are the best ever made and right now, Amazon has the Half Sheet pans on sale for lowest price I've ever seen! You an get a 2-pack for only $16.99!!
As you can see above and in this post, I own a lot the half sheet sizeof these pans and is what I have the most of.
I know I have at least a dozen of them - I never can get a count because I always have one or two in the freezer with petit fours, one or two or five dirty, and the rest scattered between the cabinet and on my counter with various projects going on.
What do I use these cookie sheets for?
Bakery Style Sugar Cookies (the best!!)
Are you seeing a trend? I use these pans for all cookies and when I'm decorating!
My super popular Petit Fours
The (fake) King Cake I made recently... I could go on and on. You get the point. They're the best!!
Okay - so as always with Amazon, I have no idea how long this price will last so hurry on over and order yours now.
Happy Baking!

I agree you and me and every baker we know NEEDS this space. I do have one question though. Won't it be a pain getting up and over the top of the refrigerator all the time? I have as many as I can fit of my NordicWare Bundt Pans in that space, the ones I don't use constantly. Those pans are a great weakness of mine. I've always loved Bundt cakes, it was one of the first types I learned to bake MANY years ago when one Bundt pan existed. While they require longer baking, after that, they need little in frosting. You know, the story behind the Bundt and NordicWare would make a great article for your blog. I JUST WISH the only outlet was not in Minneapolis. I keep asking them to open one in this very high end outlet outside DC in Leesburg,VA. No luck so far. And naturally, in my past life working for Hopkins doing research I was in Minneapolis every so often, I didn't know about them or they didn't have any yet. I don't believe in the late 80s and 90s they made any other than the original yet. Now they have SO many beautiful Bundts and Loaf pans. However, they create new ones faster than my budget can get them all. But good luck with your renovation.

Hey Pamela - I'm actually pretty tall so the height of the cabinet doesn't bother me at all. I can reach them pretty easily! However, I can see how it would be an issue for someone not as tall a I am. Oooh, I don't need one of those outlets around me. I'd be BROKE!! haha! I love Nordic pans so, so much!!
