It’s one of those fun Christmas charcuterie boards that looks impressive but comes together quickly! It is an ideal appetizer that guests will love at all of your Christmas gatherings!

Why You’ll Love This Grinch Charcuterie
This Grinch charcuterie idea is fun, festive, and flexible.
You can scale it up for large Christmas parties, or make a mini version for a family night watching How the Grinch Stole Christmas. It can be sweet, savory, or a mix of both. It’s also lighter than many rich holiday foods, thanks to the green grapes (and you can mix in red grapes, cherry tomatoes, or other fruit for extra color).
The board also works beautifully for themed gatherings – class parties, church events, cookie exchanges, or a Christmas movie marathon. And, if you’re putting together several boards, this one instantly stands out in any holiday spread.

How to Make a Grinch Charcuterie Board
This is mostly a Grinch fruit platter – but also with some meat and cheese!
- Turn your board vertically so you have plenty of space to build the Grinch from top to bottom. Start by placing the salami along the bottom edge to form the “collar.”
- Add a single row of grapes right above the salami, then tuck in a few rosemary sprigs to shape the Grinch’s crooked little smile.
- Fill in the rest of the face with grapes, packing them in close together so you get a nice, full Grinch face.
- Add the heart sprinkle right in the center as his nose.

- Cut two triangles from the cheddar cheese slices, rounding the top corners slightly to soften the shape.
- Set them in place for the Grinch’s eyes, then add a raisin (or part of one) on each for the pupils. You can also use a black olive instead of a raisin.
- Use small pieces of rosemary above the eyes to give him those iconic Grinchy eyebrows.
- Place a strip of Swiss cheese across the top of his forehead for the trim of the Santa hat. Cut another small piece of Swiss into a rectangle, snip little fringe cuts into one end, and you’ve got the tassel.
- Add the pepperoni above the cheese trim to form the red part of the Santa hat. Tuck the Swiss tassel under one of the pepperoni slices so it hangs off to the side.

- Once everything is in place, it’s ready to serve and enjoy!

Make-Ahead Tip
The great thing about snack boards is a lot of the prep work can be done ahead of time. In this case, you can have all your ingredients gathered and ready to assemble.
Then you can assemble it 2–3 hours before serving, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
Variations
Dessert Charcuterie: Use green candies, marshmallows, and black licorice for features.
This Grinch Charcuterie Board is such a fun, festive, and memorable Christmas appetizer – perfect for a Christmas party or movie night. It’s easy, adorable, and guaranteed to stand out on your holiday table.
