Happy Tuesday! Today I’m sharing 10 Pretty Ice Cream Cakes & Candy Cakes from my archives!!

Gosh, it feels like it’s been forever since I’ve posted. Week before last my family and I went on a short, but fun-filled vacation where I was basically offline for 5 days straight. We had so much fun!!

We returned on Easter Sunday to a busy day with family, then quickly when into prep mode for surgery on the Tuesday after Easter.

And this past week… well it was a blur! After having surgery early Tuesday morning, I basically slept for the next 48 hours straight – in my recliner (getting in and out of bed was not happening). Then with the help of my family, I had to get to work on my wedding order for the weekend.

Admittedly, they did way more work than I did because I was simply not capable of doing my normal work yet. And I could not be more grateful for everyone who helped me pull of the big wedding order!

Anyway, I still don’t feel 100% back to normal, but I’m getting there and I’ve really been itching to write! One thing I spent a few hours doing (from my recliner) was sorting through thousands of pictures and trying to find some way to organize them.

I was mostly unsuccessful (ha!), but at least it kept my mind off my aches and pains and I found all of these fun and Pretty Ice Cream Cakes & Candy Cakes to share with you! Some of them are as much as 5 years old, but I still think the designs would be relevant now.

This Ice Cream Cake one of my favorite designs!! It’s whimsical and bright and I love the stripes and the perfect little bow on the front. So much so that I actually did another almost identical to it here:

Then there was also this buttercream cake… I have more details about this Ice Cream Cake here (including how it completely fell apart on me – and I had a picture of the disaster!).

In addition to those cakes that only featured ice cream, I’ve also done my share of cakes with ice cream and candy! Here are a few of those…

It had everything I love!! Pink and drips and confetti and candy!

And one of my more popular cakes that included Ice Cream & Candy was this “Sugar & Spice & Everything Nice” Baby Shower Cake (click for details).

I feel like I’m saying this over and over again… but this Topsy Turvy Candy Cake was another favorite of mine. I think it’s the bright fun colors that really make me crazy about them!! Details about this cake here.

This Ice Cream & Candy Cake above was a labor of love for a little girl in our community who is disabled. I love seeing her light up over this cake!!
