 Pro Tips

  • Drizzle your hot apple pie dip with caramel sauce for an extra special and fun dessert.
  • You can use any variety of apple that you prefer. I used Gala.
  • If you don’t have cornstarch, you can use an equal amount of flour to thicken your dip. Just remember to make a slurry first, so that you don’t end up with chunks of hardened goo in your cinnamon apple dip.
  • The dip will continue to thicken upon cooling. If you find that it’s too thick, you can loosen it up with a little bit of water. Add about a tablespoon at a time until you get it loosened to your desired thickness.
